Pressure Washing Done Right

We offer pressure washing for concrete areas such as walkways, driveway, patios and entry ways. We also clean decks and other wooden surfaces. We have special nozzles and attachments that make the work safe, efficient, and which contain the overspray.

Concrete

Concrete becomes soiled over such a long time that when cleaned, clients are amazed at the difference in appearance. For the cost, pressure washing concrete in front of a home may be the most productive expenditure to make when putting a home on the market and enhancing "curb appeal."

The film that often covers concrete which stays wet all winter is notoriously slippery. Pressure washing cleans it away, improving safety around your home.

Wood

We pressure wash but do not stain or treat wooden decks, making us a good resource for preparation if you want to treat your own deck--or if you just prefer to let things weather naturally. Pressure washing works by simply blasting away dead wood lignin and exposing new lignin, so by definition it damages wood. The question is one of degree versus expectations. There are some alternative cleaning procedures that we can offer which are friendlier to your wood and also do an excellent job.

Siding

We have traditionally pressure washed vinyl siding, but most recently we have begun to incorporate surfactants, extension poles and brushes into our cleaning procedures. We are very careful and selective in evaluating jobs involving the cleaning of siding and painted surfaces. Potential for water damage and for damaging the existing finish requires judgment and care.
